15 Days Exchange Policy

Terms & Conditions

At TAJIR, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Products purchased from www.tajir.biz can be exchanged within 15 days if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • The item does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.

To raise a dispute, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling 0330-3644436. We assess each case individually to ensure fairness to all parties.

If a product is found to be faulty or damaged, you must return it to TAJIR within 15 days of purchase. Once received, we will provide a replacement as mentioned on the invoice.
Products ordered online can also be exchanged at any TAJIR retail store.

Exceptions:

We may not be able to process returns or exchanges if:

  • The request is made beyond the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Items are missing from the package, including tags, labels, original packing, freebies, or accessories.

Refunds:

A refund may only be issued if the customer cancels the order before TAJIR begins processing the shipment.
